Este tipo de medita\u00e7\u00e3o geralmente inclui mantras, cantos ou rituais para ativar essa energia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Como praticar a medita\u00e7\u00e3o Kundalini<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>medita\u00e7\u00e3o Kundalini \u00e9 muito mais longa do que outros tipos de medita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, na verdade, dura uma hora e \u00e9 dividida em 4 est\u00e1gios. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 importante fazer esta medita\u00e7\u00e3o, para deixar o estremecimento do som dos mantras ou cantos invadir o corpo e n\u00e3o ser fingido por n\u00f3s mesmos. Est\u00e1gios de uma medita\u00e7\u00e3o Kundalini:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Primeira parte: <strong>todo o corpo \u00e9 sacudido para liberar todas as tens\u00f5es e energias<\/strong> acumuladas nele at\u00e9 que a pessoa se sinta leve. Isso pode ser feito de olhos abertos ou fechados, mas \u00e9 importante que o corpo se sacuda, que seja um movimento involunt\u00e1rio e n\u00e3o produzido pela consci\u00eancia.<\/li><li>Segunda parte: na segunda parte <strong>voc\u00ea deve dan\u00e7ar como seu corpo sente e deseja<\/strong>.
