Nesta medita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 importante passar tudo, pensar, parar de pensar, sentir, n\u00e3o sentir, \u00e9 a medita\u00e7\u00e3o mais racional que existe e enquanto a pessoa permanecer nesse estado ser\u00e1 eficaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Benef\u00edcios da medita\u00e7\u00e3o Zen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A medita\u00e7\u00e3o Zen oferece os mesmos benef\u00edcios de todos os outros tipos de medita\u00e7\u00e3o, apenas seu n\u00edvel \u00e9 mais avan\u00e7ado e a pr\u00e1tica \u00e9 mais complexa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A medita\u00e7\u00e3o Zen ajuda a <strong>combater o estresse<\/strong> de forma significativa, permite que a pessoa se isole do emocional por pelo menos 20 minutos para levar seu corpo a um estado de profunda calma mental.<\/li><li>Pessoas que sofrem de ansiedade encontram grande al\u00edvio neste tipo de medita\u00e7\u00e3o, pois <strong>ajuda a acalmar a respira\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e, portanto, as pulsa\u00e7\u00f5es, proporcionando a todo o corpo calma e bem-estar, diminuindo a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de ang\u00fastia e perigo.<\/li><li>A medita\u00e7\u00e3o Zen afasta a pessoa de suas emo\u00e7\u00f5es, o que <strong>oferece um estado de alegria ao final da pr\u00e1tica<\/strong>, \u00e9 ficar por muito tempo sem pensar em nada que nos afete.<\/li><li>Esta medita\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>estimula a autoconsci\u00eancia e ativa pensamentos e emo\u00e7\u00f5es positivas<\/strong> no c\u00e9rebro, permitindo \u00e0 pessoa assumir melhor a vida e suas complica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Como praticar a medita\u00e7\u00e3o Zen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com roupas confort\u00e1veis \u200b\u200be folgadas, localize-se em um local tranquilo, sem muita ou pouca luz, sem ru\u00eddos e livre de distra\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sente-se em uma esteira ou almofada na postura de l\u00f3tus. \u00c9 importante que voc\u00ea mantenha as costas retas, respire pelo diafragma, pressione a l\u00edngua no c\u00e9u da boca e leve as m\u00e3os \u00e0 barriga, com as palmas para baixo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respire suave e ritmicamente. Conte 10 inala\u00e7\u00f5es e 10 exala\u00e7\u00f5es.
