Esta <em>asana<\/em> do yoga faz parte da s\u00e9rie de alongamentos que permitir\u00e3o ao corpo desenvolver gradualmente maior flexibilidade muscular.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Benef\u00edcios da <em>Anantasana<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Alonga a parte posterior das pernas<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Tonifica os m\u00fasculos do abd\u00f4men.<\/li><li>Alonga as laterais da parte de tr\u00e1s do corpo.<\/li><li><strong>Fortalece as articula\u00e7\u00f5es do punho<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Ideal para o aquecimento<\/strong> antes de iniciar a sess\u00e3o de yoga.<\/li><li>Tamb\u00e9m alonga os gl\u00fateos e os bra\u00e7os.<\/li><li><strong>Auxilia na recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da mobilidade das pernas<\/strong> em pessoas com algum tipo de les\u00e3o.<\/li><li><strong>Estimula a abertura dos quadris<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Ao estar deitado sobre o lado esquerdo <strong>ativa-se automaticamente a circula\u00e7\u00e3o sangu\u00ednea.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Aumenta a oxigena\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00e9rebro e do cora\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Combata o estresse e melhore o sistema digestivo<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Como fazer a pose <em>Anantasana<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Deite no tapete em pose de cad\u00e1ver.<\/li><li>Vire o corpo lentamente para a direita e apoie a cabe\u00e7a na m\u00e3o direita.<\/li><li>Dobre com cuidado a perna esquerda enquanto segura o ded\u00e3o do p\u00e9 com o polegar e os outros dois primeiros dedos.<\/li><li>Expire e alongue a perna esquerda at\u00e9 que esteja perpendicular ao corpo.<\/li><li>Segurar os dedos dos p\u00e9s permitir\u00e1 que voc\u00ea traga a perna at\u00e9 a cabe\u00e7a; se n\u00e3o conseguir, segure-a na altura do tornozelo.<\/li><li>Respire tr\u00eas vezes e traga a perna em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao ombro esquerdo.
