Pensando nisso, listamos nesse texto algumas posi\u00e7\u00f5es de yoga que todas as gestantes podem praticar.<\/p>\n<h2>6 Exerc\u00edcios de yoga para mulheres gr\u00e1vidas<\/h2>\n<h3>1 &#8211; Pranayama<\/h3>\n<p>Sente-se com as pernas cruzadas <strong> em um local calmo e sem barulhos <\/strong> e certifique-se de que a sua coluna esteja totalmente reta. Feito isso, inspire e expire de forma lenta, repita a respira\u00e7\u00e3o quantas vezes achar necess\u00e1rio. Essa posi\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser feita tamb\u00e9m com a gestante deitada<\/p>\n<h3>2 \u2013 Uttanasana<\/h3>\n<p>Fique em p\u00e9 e afaste as pernas de modo que as pontas dos seus p\u00e9s fiquem para fora, se encoste na parede e flexione as pernas de modo lento, fazendo com que o seu quadril v\u00e1 descendo em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao ch\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o deixe que o seu bumbum chegue a encostar no ch\u00e3o, voc\u00ea pode inclusive usar um cobertor dobrado para apoiar o movimento. Apoie os cotovelos sobre os seus joelhos e coloque as m\u00e3os em frente ao peito.<\/p>\n<h3>3 \u2013 Viparita Karani<\/h3>\n<p>Deitada em um colchonete, pegue uma almofada e coloque na sua regi\u00e3o lombar, <strong> atente-se apenas para que a almofada n\u00e3o seja muito alta. <\/strong> Estendendo as duas pernas para cima, encoste o bumbum na parede. Feito isso, repouse colocando as m\u00e3os na barriga.<\/p>\n<h3>4 \u2013 Catuspadasana<\/h3>\n<p>Apoie os joelhos e as palmas das m\u00e3os no ch\u00e3o, ficando em quatro apoios. Quando inspirar, des\u00e7a a cabe\u00e7a at\u00e9 o peito e eleve a coluna de forma ligeira, quando expirar, eleve a cabe\u00e7a e des\u00e7a a cintura. <strong> Fa\u00e7a com que sua respira\u00e7\u00e3o mantenha certo ritmo. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>5 \u2013 Savasana<\/h3>\n<p>Essa posi\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 feita pela gestante deitada, basta que ela se vire para o seu lado esquerdo e estenda a perna esquerda, fazendo com que a direita fique flexionada em cima de um travesseiro. Apoie a sua cabe\u00e7a em um travesseiro tamb\u00e9m. <strong> Esse \u00e9 o movimento, aproveite-o para relaxar e se sentir conectada ao seu beb\u00ea. <\/strong> Esse momento \u00e9 seu.<\/p>\n<h3>6 \u2013 Trikonasana<\/h3>\n<p><strong> Essa posi\u00e7\u00e3o ir\u00e1 ajudar a melhorar a circula\u00e7\u00e3o da futura mam\u00e3e <\/strong>, al\u00e9m de ser muito f\u00e1cil de ser feita. Basta que voc\u00ea fique em p\u00e9, afaste as pernas e relaxe os bra\u00e7os. Expirando, levante um bra\u00e7o e dobre o seu corpo para o lado oposto do bra\u00e7o levantado, fazendo com que ele fique \u201ctorcido\u201d.
