Mantenha sempre seus olhos, focados em um mesmo ponto e tenha sua consci\u00eancia focada em como distribuir o peso do seu corpo, sobre a planta do p\u00e9 que est\u00e1 utilizando como apoio.<\/p>\n<p>Para complementar essa pose, mantenha o abd\u00f4men contra\u00eddo para dentro, como se estivesse &#8220;sugando&#8221; sua barriga.<\/p>\n<h3>UTTHITA TRIKONASANA<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Mantenha-se em p\u00e9, afaste os p\u00e9s e gire inicialmente, o seu p\u00e9 direito para o lado de fora<\/strong>. Respire 5 vezes para cada um dos lados.<\/p>\n<h3>ADHO MUKHA SVANASANA<\/h3>\n<p>Nessa \u00faltima pose de vinyasa yoga, <strong>voc\u00ea ir\u00e1 se sentar sobre seus calcanhares e ent\u00e3o, debru\u00e7ar seu tronco sobre suas coxas<\/strong>.
