Super recomendado para pacientes com varize.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trikanasa (tri\u00e2ngulo)<\/strong>: \u00e9 uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o que estimula a flexibilidade vertebral, estimula e equilibra o funcionamento das gl\u00e2ndulas tireoides e suprarrenais, e tamb\u00e9m, trabalha todos os m\u00fasculos simultaneamente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tadasana<\/strong>: \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por corrigir a postura, al\u00e9m de auxiliar em problemas circulat\u00f3rios, artrite e reumatismo.<\/li>\n<li>Abdominal: fortalece e reduz o abdomen, al\u00e9m de estimular o diafragma e eliminar as toxinas pulmonares.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dhanurasana (arco)<\/strong>: aumenta a flexibilidade do corpo, abre o diafragma, e com isso, melhora as condi\u00e7\u00f5es respirat\u00f3rias.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ardha-Kurmasana<\/strong>: aumenta a mobilidade de membros (esc\u00e1pula, deltoide, etc), e aumenta a capacidade pulmonar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Poorna-Salabhasana<\/strong>: capaz de firmar os m\u00fasculos abdominais, corrigir a postura e aumentar for\u00e7a e flexibilidade da coluna vertebral.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supta-Vajrasana<\/strong>: est\u00edmulo a melhora de problemas ci\u00e1ticos, varizes e reumatismos, atrav\u00e9s do alongamento muscular e tonifica\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00fasculos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dandayamana-Dhanurasana (arco em p\u00e9)<\/strong>: estimula o sistema cardiovascular, aumenta a for\u00e7a e o equil\u00edbrio.
