Por isso a pr\u00e1tica leva o nome de integral, j\u00e1 que se trata de um estilo de yoga completo.<\/p>\n<p>A ideia do Yoga Integral \u00e9 muito mais proporcionar uma experi\u00eancia focada na parte espiritual do praticante. Portanto, ela n\u00e3o \u00e9 voltada ao aprimoramento f\u00edsico, exigindo do indiv\u00edduo n\u00e3o s\u00f3 perseveran\u00e7a, mas paci\u00eancia e mente aberta a novas experi\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<h2>Posturas (ou asanas) do Yoga Integral<\/h2>\n<p>Como j\u00e1 dissemos no in\u00edcio desse texto, uma das principais caracter\u00edsticas do Yoga Integral \u00e9 a incont\u00e1vel variedade de posturas com as quais ele trabalha.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m chamadas de asanas (do s\u00e1nscrito \u201csentar\u201d), elas s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por melhorar a sa\u00fade geral do praticante e, ainda por cima, ajudam a tratar doen\u00e7as e problemas f\u00edsicos ou energ\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m de ser uma excelente maneira de trabalhar a postura f\u00edsica do praticante, as asanas s\u00e3o utilizadas como uma forma de atingir um estado mental mais calmo. Desse modo, a pessoa \u00e9 preparada para a fase de medita\u00e7\u00e3o e relaxamento que se segue aos exerc\u00edcios.<\/p>\n<p>Algumas das posturas do Yoga Integral s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Postura do tri\u00e2ngulo (Trikonasana)<\/h3>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m conhecida como postura do tri\u00e2ngulo, \u00e9 uma postura bastante desafiadora e que exige aten\u00e7\u00e3o do praticante. Ela auxilia na perda de gorduras abdominais, \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por fortalecer quadris, costas e pernas, al\u00e9m de contribuir com a sa\u00fade do cora\u00e7\u00e3o e do pulm\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Postura da pin\u00e7a (Paschimottanasana)<\/h3>\n<p>A postura da pin\u00e7a eleva as costas do praticante para frente, alongando e aliviando toda essa regi\u00e3o do corpo. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 uma forma de estimular o bom funcionamento de diversos \u00f3rg\u00e3os (como f\u00edgado, ba\u00e7o, p\u00e2ncreas, intestinos e rins) gra\u00e7as \u00e0 compress\u00e3o do abd\u00f4men.<\/p>\n<p>3. Postura da vela (Sarvangasana)<\/p>\n<p>Quando o praticante realiza essa postura, seu fluxo sangu\u00edneo sofre uma invers\u00e3o e passa a correr em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 cabe\u00e7a. Al\u00e9m de ser uma \u00f3tima maneira de relaxar, ela ajuda a aliviar o estresse, estimula a tireoide, acalma o c\u00e9rebro e alonga pesco\u00e7o e ombros.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Postura da prancha baixa (Chaturanga Dand\u00e1sana)<\/h3>\n<p>Essa \u00e9 uma postura muscular, pois fortalece o corpo (bra\u00e7os, ombros e costas) e ajuda o praticante a ganhar m\u00fasculos. Al\u00e9m do mais, \u00e9 por meio dela que as pessoas s\u00e3o preparadas para as asanas mais avan\u00e7adas.<\/p>\n<h2>Principais benef\u00edcios dos asanas<\/h2>\n<p>Podemos citar uma s\u00e9rie de benef\u00edcios que as posturas do Yoga Integral pode proporcionar aos praticantes.
