Em sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o mais avan\u00e7ada, o praticante apoia peito, queixo e bra\u00e7os no ch\u00e3o, colocando os p\u00e9s na cabe\u00e7a por sobre as costas. Um movimento extremamente pl\u00e1stico, mas de complexa execu\u00e7\u00e3o, e indicada para praticantes mais experientes.<\/p>\n<h2>8- Dhanurasana<\/h2>\n<p>Mais uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o extremamente pl\u00e1stica, a <strong>Dhanurasana<\/strong> exige bastante concentra\u00e7\u00e3o. Com o abd\u00f4men apoiado no solo, o praticante eleva o queixo e alcan\u00e7a os tornozelos das duas pernas com as m\u00e3os, segurando-os completamente.
